1. Order cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch. If the bank transfer/EFT has not been confirmed, an order awaiting payment can be cancelled and reserved stock released. Dispatched orders follow the withdrawal and returns process.
2. 14-day right of withdrawal
The consumer may withdraw without a reason within 14 days of receipt by themselves or their designated third party. For a single order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. Notice may also be given before delivery.
3. Notice of withdrawal
Send the order number, full name, product to be returned and an explicit withdrawal statement to metinalierkekgiyim@gmail.com or another published channel qualifying as a durable medium. The consumer must prove that notice was sent within the required period. Receipt is acknowledged without delay.
4. Returning the product

The return method and any contracted carrier are communicated in writing before ordering and after a withdrawal request. After notice of withdrawal, the product must be sent within the statutory period. The return carrier, costs and each party's responsibilities are stated in the pre-contract information. The consumer is not charged for returning defective goods.
5. Trying the product and loss of value
The consumer may try the product as reasonably allowed in a store and is not liable for changes resulting from examination consistent with its nature and instructions. Use beyond normal examination, soiling, washing, odour, alterations or damage may be assessed under statutory liability. This is not applied as a blanket “tags removed, no returns” rule that automatically removes legal rights.
6. Exceptions to withdrawal
Unless otherwise agreed, withdrawal does not apply to goods made or altered to the customer's specifications or measurements, goods whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and cannot suitably be returned for health or hygiene reasons, or other statutory exceptions. Merely trying a standard clothing item or opening its packaging does not automatically qualify as a hygiene exception.
7. Refunds
When withdrawal conditions are met, collected amounts are refunded in one payment within 14 days of the statutory starting point, using the original payment method and without additional cost to the consumer. Bank processing times may vary.
8. Defective, incorrect or missing products
For defective goods, remedies under Law No. 6502 remain available independently of the withdrawal period. The consumer may choose the applicable remedy of a refund, price reduction, free repair or, where possible, replacement with a non-defective equivalent. The assessment and solution are communicated in writing.
9. Size and product exchanges
We accept size and product exchanges. Contact customer support with your order number. We arrange exchanges subject to the requested product being in stock; your statutory withdrawal and return rights remain unaffected.
10. Free return shipping code
We cover return shipping for returns within the 14-day withdrawal period. Contact us before sending your return so we can provide a free return shipping code or label. Attach the label to your parcel if provided.
